Yummy Scallops

- 1 lb Scallops fresh from fish market
- 2 tbsp Butter or Ghee
- 2 tbsp seasoning of your choice I use Southern Spain Pinchito Spice from Savory Spice Shop

Cooking Instructions
- Add Butter or Ghee to medium skillet
- Add Spice of your choice mix with the melted butter
- Add the Scallops and cook about 2 minutes per side on low.
- Serve and enjoy
