Yummy Scallops

Ingredients
  • 1 lb Scallops fresh from fish market
  • 2 tbsp Butter or Ghee
  • 2 tbsp seasoning of your choice I use Southern Spain Pinchito Spice from Savory Spice Shop

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Add Butter or Ghee to medium skillet
  2. Add Spice of your choice mix with the melted butter
  3. Add the Scallops and cook about 2 minutes per side on low.
  4. Serve and enjoy
