Yummy Scallops

  • 1 lb Scallops fresh from fish market
  • 2 tbsp Butter or Ghee
  • 2 tbsp seasoning of your choice I use Southern Spain Pinchito Spice from Savory Spice Shop

Instructions
 

Cooking Instructions

  • Add Butter or Ghee to medium skillet
  • Add Spice of your choice mix with the melted butter
  • Add the Scallops and cook about 2 minutes per side on low.
  • Serve and enjoy
