Seabass filet with Garlic and White Wine
An easy and delicious way to cook Seabass

Ingredients for recipe
- 2 Seabass fish filets skinned and boned
- 6-8 garlic cloves pealed kept whole
- ¼ cup white wine
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp Butter or Ghee room temperature
- salt
Pre heat oven to 350°
Cook the pealed garlic in small amount of olive oil to cover on low heat in a small pan for 20 minutes. It will have the taste of roasted garlic. set aside
mash the cooked garlic
Place the fish filets in a baking pan
Cover fish filets on both sides with olive oil, add salt and seasoning of your choice. I used Coastal California Fennel Pollen Rub from Savory Spice Shop. Any of your favorite spices for fish will work.
Top the fish with butter and add garlic to it.
add white wine to cover
Bake for 8 minutes in 350° oven
Serving the fish
Place the fish on two plates, add vegetables of your choice, microgreens, or tomatoes cover presentation with the wine the fish was cooked in top with olive oil.
